Metro Medical Center is a medical building complex constructed in the new commercial neighborhood of Bayamón city right on state road PR # 2.

The complex represents an investment of approximately $30MM and has the full endorsement of the City of Bayamón. The complex is composed of three buildings with commercial facades that go along the urban nature of the surrounding areas.

In addition to the impressive architecture, a full building has dedicated parking facilities for the usage of the building’s tenants, employees and patients.

It houses the latest in technology to include high speed data transmission on the Internet including x-ray image transmission, modern fire control and sprinker systems, and on site surveillance systems. These advantages are complemented by the independent emergency generators which provide energy to each office whenever a power outage occurs. A water cistern will be installed that will feed each office as well as the building’s common areas and sprinklers. .

Current tenants include fast food restaurants, bank, gym, pharmacy and a laboratory and radiology facilities as ancillary services brought to the community.
